Edible Glitter and Magic Sparkles

We have a wonderful selection of food grade, edible glitter. This range of vibrant colours is a simple and effective decoration for all sorts of edibles, including: cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, puddings and cookies.

The Edible Glitter range is made from the natural gum from 2 different species of the acacia tree, plus for the coloured varieties have a touch of colouring.  The Magic Sparkle range of Edible glitters is made from natural Starch.

To use the glitter just sprinkle on to a tacky surface, if dry edible glue is recommended. To reduce the size of the glitter flakes simply crush with the end of a spoon or between your thumb and finger.
